Rodney Bay Village was primarily a residential neighborhood but has now become a prime destination for visitors, with a wide variety of hotels, restaurants and bars. This is one of the most popular residential areas, on the island, because it has so much to offer. The Reserve is located in the heart of Rodney Bay, in a centralized location overlooking the Marina. Shops, bars restaurants, and the beach are all just a short walk away.
The Reserve is a gated marina development, completed in 2009, and comprises six luxurious waterfront apartments overlooking a large pool, set within 12,000 sq. ft. of landscaped gardens.
The Reserve is located in the heart of Rodney Bay, within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy Reduit Beach is five minutes' walk away.
Entrance is on the Second Floor. There are stairs up to the apartment and also a private elevator.
Entrance is into the Hall with the Kitchen to the left.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast bar. There is a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and overhead stainless steel extractor. There is a double sink and dishwasher built in.
Right off the hall is a large cupboard housing a washing machine with extra storage.
Also to the right is a powder room.
The living /dining room is open plan and has a ceiling fan. The balcony runs the full width of the apartment, with a view of the pool, gardens and waterfront aspect.
To the left of the living room is a hall that leads on the right, to a twin bedroom with fitted cupboards, A/C and ceiling fan. The ensuite has twin vanity, a bidet, w.c. and large shower. Left off the hall is a mirror image of the twin bedroom with ensuite. Both bedrooms have balconies.
Along the hall to the right is a king bedroom with A/C and ceiling fan. Walk through closets lead to the ensuite bathroom with shower, w.c. bidet and twin vanity.
There is also an office with a small balcony off the hall.
Upstairs is another king size bedroom with balcony, vaulted ceilings, A/C and ceiling fan. The very large ensuite has a shower, separate twin vanity, Jacuzzi tub and hidden bidet and w.c. Plus A/C.
