Property Owners’ Association

Our team has a broad knowledge of condominium law and is committed to exceptional service by providing qualified, experienced and proactive personnel to manage your communal property. As such, we are able to offer advice on rules and regulations, meeting schedules and so on as required under the Act. As with our other services, we first develop a tailor-made plan to address the specific needs of the Property Owners’ Association (POA). We then execute that plan in the most timely, efficient and cost effective manner. The areas on which we focus are:

  1. Maintenance (general)
  2. Financial Management and Reporting
  3. Garden Maintenance - via a contractor; who may also be responsible for the irrigation system.
  4. Maintaining owner relationships – clear and concise communication between all parties involved in the POA.

In addition, we provide our owners with monthly / quarterly detailed trial balances as well as monthly director reports.
