The other two floors are connected by an open plan staircase, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of the bedrooms being en-suite. The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto the expansive timber pool deck and a pebble-lined pool with in-pool seating area and stainless steel spout feature. From the deck, breathtaking, westerly facing sunsets and sea views are captured. A special feature of The Garden House is a separate shaded deck suitable for yoga or evening cocktails and a linen storage room which can be upgraded and converted to a gym or extra bedroom. Another timber out building houses an office and a workshop. The laundry is housed in the pool pump room. Hot and cold water run throughout the property and though a mains electricity supply is connected, Taino'ti enjoys the convenience of a 28KVA single-phase diesel-powered generator for back-up. The second home on Taino'ti is Gum Tree House which enjoys 754 sq. ft. of interior space and 882 sq. ft. of exterior. Gum Tree House is a timber clad, bespoke Heb House designed specifically to blend into the landscape.
