Villa La Mer

Villa La Mer is into a raised vestibule with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and bay below. To the left is an open plan contemporary kitchen with an electric induction hob & oven & double sink with a built in water filtration system. The work surfaces are granite with stainless steel splash backs. There is a dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with an ice maker and microwave. Also to the left of the entrance is a small bedroom/study/maids room. This shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the adjacent guest bedroom. This bedroom has a King sized bed, a/c, built in wardrobe and floor to ceiling glass sliding doors with stunning views out over the pool & the Caribbean Sea. The Jack & Jill bathroom has a very large glass shower, w.c and w.b. To the right of the entrance is the Master bedroom which has a walk-in wardrobe with a safe and glass floor to ceiling sliding doors that showcase the wonderful view and give access to the patio & pool. From the raised entrance area there are steps down either side to the dining room and living area. The glass sliding doors lead directly out to the patio with a barbeque and dining/lounging area. An awning over the patio provides shade by the pool. The pool utilizes salt conversaion which feels chlorine free. The laundry room can be accessed from the path leading to the cottage. Here is a w.c, for access from the pool & 2 washing machines. Coconut Cottage is situated in the garden and is accessed via a wooden verandah. The cottage has a/c, super king bed, fridge and seating area. A wet room with a rainfall shower, w.c and w.b is located to the right of the cottage. The beautiful surrounding gardens have an abundance of fruit trees from mangoes to avocado. Villa La Mer has security system, CCTV, solar powered (providing low electricity bills monthly), hurrican eshutters throughout, plentiful water storage under the house and in the garden and 3 hurricane shelters under the property. A garage sits at the front of the villa and the generous driveway comfortably offers an additional 6 parking space.
