There are two main entrances to the mall, the main entrance from Broad Street and the side entrance from Shephard Street. There is a service entrance from Victoria Street. There are escalators in the middle of the mall and two elevators with male and female washrooms on both floors. In addition there is a family bathroom on the first floor to accommodate wheelchair clients . Normans Centre is well maintained and offers both shoppers and tenants a relaxing environment to both shop and work in. The mall usually carries a mix of business from retail, services and restauranteurs. Operational Hours are Saturday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm with Friday from 8.30am to 6. Sundays the mall is closed. The rental rates are by the sq. ft. $66.00 per annum to $186.00 per annum for frontage. The CAM rate is $42.00 per annum which also included the electricity charge. All rents carry VAT. The shops all have internal glass frontage for maximum visual exposure. In addition there are a few small kiosk also available for rent which are placed in the large walkways in the mall.
