Radha Richards

Radha joined the Terra Caribbean team in 2023. Radha's passion for Real Estate had been an elusive dream for years. Her untapped knack for negotiating Real Estate transactions was brought to the fore during the Covid-19 pandemic when she realized that she was ready to pivot and invest in herself and her dreams. Her academic and professional background had primarily been in the oil and gas sector, and as a bridge to her real estate career, Radha also completed an MBA. Radha has several qualities that will serve her well in the Real Estate industry. She brings to the table her strong work ethic, professionalism, honesty and her warm personality.

Radha's faith and family are her top two priorities in her life and she believes that nothing can be done without them. She is a mother to a beautiful little girl which is undoubtedly the most rewarding aspect of her life to date. Radha looks forward to exploring all that Real Estate has to offer and is excited to finally make her dreams a reality.
