Lisa has spent over 12 years in the real estate industry and joined the Terra team in 2016. Lisa is very passionate at what she does and focuses on Residential and Commercial sales and rentals. Her past experiences in the tourism industry and construction related fields benefit her in her real estate profession. Lisa has completed courses online with Champion Realtors in the United States and continues to fuel her education with ongoing course material. A member of BEAVA and a board member of a private school, she still finds time volunteering at her alma mater, travelling with her family and relaxing on the beach.  Lisa ensures her clients are continually kept abreast of the industry and operates on a platform of ethics, honesty and integrity. I have known Lisa for approximately 7 years during which time she has acted as a Real Estate agent who has successfully identified prospective tenants for my property. Lisa is not the type of agent who finds a tenant, collects her commission and says good-bye. She offers excellent “after-sale” service as she follows up on amendments and signing of leases as well as missed or late rental payments. Lisa has also completed property inspections to ensure that the property is being kept in an acceptable state of repair and has made timely recommendations regarding minor additions to residential property that attracts potential tenants who usually commence discussions towards rental.
