Senior Valuation Technician
Andrew Sampson has 15 years experience in the field of real estate and is currently pursuing a MBA. He also holds a Certificate in Drafting, a Certificate in Marketing and Public Relations, and a Diploma in Business Administration. His experience in the field of real estate, together with a strong working knowledge of building structures and drafting, allows him to be an integral part of our team.

Kimberly Robinson

Valuer’s Assistant
Kimberly holds the position of Valuer’s Assistant. She is the first point of contact for clients whether it is by answering the telephone or greeting them at the door. She provides assistance and support primarily to the Senior Valuer and his Valuations Department as well as in other general areas in the office as necessary.

Ria Ramos

Valuer BSc (Hons), MSc
Ria acquired an RICS accredited MSc in Estate Management at the London South Bank University. She had served in the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Marine Resources, Land Administration Division as a Lands Clerk, and in the University of the West Indies as research assistant before she left Trinidad to pursue her MSc. She is at present a student member of the RICS and is aspiring to become a full member.
