Agent Assistant
Alana has been employed with Terra Caribbean for the past three years as an Agents’ Assistant. Her job entails basically providing support and assistance to agents and other staff. She is the first person one may meet when entering Terra Caribbean or the first voice that greets a client on the phone. She is always pleasant and attentive.

David Mc Cartney

Apprentice
David McCartney is Terra Caribbean’s newest employee. He is a creative, self driven, self motivated, hard working young man who is ready to learn and excel at Terra. He has been employed as an Apprentice, In this position, Terra Caribbean will assist him in learning the business of Real Estate in Trinidad and Tobago, top to bottom. David has four years working experience in the Events Management, he created and managed two successful Events Management companies, designed and coordinated six annual massive events and has been employed by TRIBE, Red Ants and Ultimate Events Ltd as an event manager. He graduated in the top 10 % of his year in Fatima College and is currently finishing a Business Management Degree from Roytec. A lot is expected of him in the near future.

Kim Pacheco-Ambrose

Marketing Coordinator
Kim comes to Terra Caribbean with a solid background in marketing, she is new to the Real Estate industry. Kim has worked with Carib-Link, Classic Motors and The Normandie Hotel. Kim has a great love for Interior Decorating and is certified in Project Management, she is quite inspired to grow in her field.

Mairi Mural-Grimshaw

General Manager Assistant
Mairi has been employed with Terra Caribbean since January 2001. She works along side the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. Mairi oversees a broad range of areas including marketing and advertising, IT, technical and administrative issues, staff training and office systems and procedures.

Rachel Ojar-Ramlal

Accountant
Rachel joined Terra Caribbean in July 2005 and has over ten years experience in the accounting and auditing field. She manages all their financial activities from day to day cash flow requirements to annual budgets. She meets with management on a regular basis to ensure the smooth operations of the company and also provides support to other departments.
