The Development

Marine Houses

At the water's edge are the Marine Houses. Imposing five bedroom, five bathroom houses, largely made out of composite and built out over the water on steel and concrete piles, they look for all the world like moored superyachts and come complete with their own berths alongside. With a total of 6,179 square feet of internal and external space, each Marine House feels wonderfully spacious. The main reception and dining room is a massive, double height space, with glass doors opening out to the spa and deck. Aikona yacht decking is used throughout. A carbon fibre spiral staircase leads from the deck up to the master bedroom’s private balcony above. The four other bedrooms all have private views over the bay. A glass staircase leads from the deck to the ground floor. At its base is a glass floor, which provides intriguing views into the Ocean. Also on the ground floor is a spectacular Miele kitchen, a utility room and a cold room store, a boat store and a docking port from the buggy that comes with the house. The roof terrace provides a stunning entertainment area, served by a dumb waiter from the kitchen on the ground floor, and has its own barbecue and cloakroom facilities.


Lawn Houses

Behind the Marine Houses, a 4m wide boardwalk circles the site, the perfect place for a promenade alongside a series of interlinked swimming pools. On the landside of the swimming pools are manicured lawns. Overlooking them and through to the bay beyond, are the Lawn Houses, each with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. With just over 5,600 square feet, the Lawn Houses feel immensely spacious. Finished throughout the white limestone flooring, there is an optional glass mezzanine in the double height reception area, reached by a carbon fibre, spiral staircase. The master bedroom suite comes with a dressing room and a bathroom where you can lie in the bath and enjoy the view out of a private window on the world. The roof terrace, like all the other floors, is served by a four person passenger lift and has stunning possibilities for entertaining, with facilities for an outdoor kitchen and drinks cooler.


Spinnaker Apartments & Duplex Apartments

Moving away from the sea, the land starts to rise steeply. Set into the cliff itself, and enjoying amazing views over the whole property are the Spinnaker Apartments. Beautiful solid white limestone floors fitted throughout. All have glass doors at the front with large balconies (some positively huge) to expand the already generous living space still further. Some have roof terraces, some have plunge pools, some have both. There is a great deal of variety - one, two or three bedrooms, horizontal as well as vertical duplexes.
