Andrew Mallalieu Managing Director andrew.mallalieu@terracaribbean.com Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered Accountant, and a past President of Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA). Andrew took over the leadership of Terra Caribbean in 1997 from his father who developed the business over the previous 40 years. Andrew specializes in Project Consulting, Real Estate Investment Analysis, and Property Appraisals. Andrew has overall responsibility for all valuation assignments undertaken by Terra Caribbean and in this regard acts as a Review Appraiser.
	Hayden Hutton Director Brokerage Services hayden.hutton@terracaribbean.com Hayden is responsible for the Brokerage/Advisory teams within Terra Caribbean. His focus is on Development Projects/Sales and Advisory Services and Appraisals. Hayden was responsible for the development of franchise offices in Trinidad, Grenada and The Grenadines. He has been involved in a number of large scale residential and commercial developments in the region. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and a board member of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA).
	Jan Brown Director Property Management jan.brown@terracaribbean.com Jan has been a founding Director responsible for the property management service line since the inception of Terra Caribbean in 2000. She is responsible for ensuring that the strategic needs of each client are met to maximise the value added to their properties under our management. Jan has spent her career focussing on commercial property and Condominium projects.
	Kathy-Dawn Burke Director - Marketing & Franchising kd.burke@terracaribbean.com Kathy-Dawn Burke, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, joined Terra Caribbean in May 2007 as the Director of Marketing and Franchising for the regional firm, headquartered in Barbados. Prior to her new position, K-D was the Managing Director of GHA DDB, one of the island's largest and most respected Marketing and Advertising Agencies, where she spent almost 11 years. Preceding her entry into the marketing field, K-D spent 5 years in the tourism arena working in the conference and incentive planning industry for a leading ground operators St. James Travel & Tours, which later merged with Sunlinc Inc. There she directed a team of coordinators and suppliers to create world-class events for several Fortune 500 companies hosting programmes in Barbados and throughout the region.
