Terra Caribbean possesses a knowledge culture and it is the pillar of all that we offer our clients as a firm. Our mission is clear - To provide a fully integrated real estate services environment where clients feel comfortable and confident to make informed decisions.

This said, we are committed to ensuring that we truly KNOW the markets we serve and are in fact the best qualified to provide our clients with the information they need on the property of their choice. With no central repository of real estate information in Barbados, Terra Caribbean has made it our cause to consolidate the property information that is spread across several Government and private organizations and individuals, into our proprietary knowledge base; for use by our team when responding to the needs of our clients.

Our knowledge culture is central to the efficiencies in all of our services lines – Brokerage, Advisory and Property Management.  To this extent Terra Caribbean has invested in promoting and fostering this culture among team members by:

• Assigning a dedicated resource to capture and mine the data in a timely and effective manner.
• Creating the necessary infrastructure internally to support the knowledge approach. 
• Developing a proprietary database system where we capture and organize all relevant real estate information, making it easily accessible to users within the organization.

Our Knowledge Officer is responsible for capturing, confirming, organizing and sharing information in order to drive consistency, accuracy and efficiency across the firm.  As a result any team member, by the click of a button can generate an accurate and comprehensive perspective of the market adding value to our clients’ experience.
