Anita is a valuable part of the Terra property management team displaying maturity and independent decision making skills throughout every aspect of her job.

Azizi Harper

Property Adminstrator
Azizi Harper is one of the newest members of the property management team here at Terra Caribbean having joined the firm in March 2011. Azizi holds a certificate in property management and currently manages condominium properties as well as individual residential units on the south coast. She has a diverse background drawn from hospitality, marketing and sales, management and real estate.

Caroline Franklin-Mapp

Admin Assistant
Caroline Franklin is the administrative assistant for the property management department of Terra Caribbean. Caroline joined the firm in 2009 and she works out of the firm’s main office in Worthing, Christ Church. Caroline has over 15 years in admin and legal secretarial work.

Christopher Harrison

Property Administrator
Chris joined the firm in August 2011 as a Property Administrator bringing several years of property management experience to the team. Prior to joining Terra Caribbean he worked for four years in the construction industry with one of Barbados’ leading construction companies. Chris possesses a certificate in Property Management from the Barbados Community College.

Debbie Gibson

Property Administrator
Debbie has extensive experience in marketing and advertising gained through her time as account executive with global marketing communications firm McCann Erickson. This knowledge is an invaluable asset for her role as Property Administrator for Norman Centre. Debbie has previous experience as a property manager responsible for the management and day-to-day running of a high-end property portfolio, which included Old Trees, Sugar Hill Estates and Mullins Bay.

Dominique Richards

Property Administrator
Dominique joined the Terra Caribbean team as a Property Administrator in September 2011. She has past experience in the property management field as well as the hospitality sector. Dominique holds a BSc. in Psychology from the University of the West Indies and an Associate Degree in Tourism and Travel from Barbados Community College.

Fiona Jorney

Property Administrator
Fiona joined the Terra Caribbean team as a Property Administrator in January 2012 bringing extensive project management experience to the team. Prior to joining Terra Caribbean she worked at Foster and Ince Cruise Services as a cruise operations executive where she coordinated all aspects of the cruise lines’ shore excursion requirement. A very detailed-oriented individual, Fiona currently manages a portfolio of residential properties on the South Coast.

Kerrie Ward

Property Administrator
Kerrie originally began working with the firm on a temporary basis in 2006 but was soon made a full time member of the Terra Caribbean team. Working on the firm’s west coast portfolio, the 22-year veteran of the hotel industry has brought to Terra Caribbean an extensive knowledge of tourism management. Her positive attitude and pleasant disposition has impressed clients from all over the world.

Liza Farley

Property Administrator
Liza Farley is a property administrator with Terra Caribbean, responsible for and based at the CGI Towers in Warrens. She has worked in the airline industry for 10 years and also brings residential and commercial property management experience to her role at this commercial building in Barbados’ growing business hub. Liza joined the Terra team in 2006.

Natalie Springer

Property Administrator
Natalie brings strong organisational skills to the property management team gained through over ten years working in office administration. She joined Terra Caribbean in December 2011 and is currently responsible for managing a range of residential properties on the South Coast. Prior to joining Terra Caribbean Natalie worked a total of seven years in property management.

Ryan Williams

Property Administrator
Ryan joined Terra Caribbean in 2006 soon after completing a certificate in property management. He manages a number of properties on the south coast, facilitating a range of maintenance and client issues.

Wendy Regret

Property Administrator
Wendy is a Property Administrator with Terra Caribbean, responsible for and based at DaCostas Mall in Bridgetown. She has a long history of experience in the field of marketing and advertising and brings this strength to the management of the Mall; having also performed this role for another retail mall client for over 2-years.
