Genevieve Seaman

Genevieve is a real estate valuer, and joined the Terra team in 2007. She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Estate Management and has experience in a range of residential and commercial valuation assignments. She earned her RICS designation in December 2011 - a recognised mark of property professionalism.

Gregory Broomes

Valuer
Since joining us in 2001, Gregory has developed extensive experience in residential and commercial valuation assignments including site inspections, property documentation as well as researching comparable sales and rental transactions. Gregory was intimately involved in the development of a Terra knowledge base with data on commercial office buildings on the island. Recognised as “employee of the year” in 2005, Greg was also the inaugural recipient of the firm’s Kristina Evelyn Scholarship Award in 2007.

Ramona Smart

Knowledge Officer
Ramona has an educational and professional background in marketing, and having joined the Terra Caribbean team in May 2009 she brings with her several years experience in both consumer and business-to-business research in various industries in Barbados and the wider Caribbean. This experience has resulted in her highly developed skills of data gathering, analysis and dissemination, which she brings to bear on her role as Knowledge Officer.

Symon Clarke

Manager - Advisory Services
Symon is a real estate valuer and the manager of our Advisory Services department. Symon joined the firm’s Sales team in 2004 and transferred to Advisory Services in 2007. Due to her experience in a sales environment, Symon gained direct exposure to purchasers/tenants as well as substantial real estate transaction knowledge involving both residential and commercial properties. She is able to leverage this market experience in her role as valuer, where she focuses on site inspections, property documentation as well as researching comparable sales and rental transactions.

William P. Mallalieu

Bill Mallalieu is an advisor to Terra Caribbean. Mr. Mallalieu's extensive experience in the sale and appraisal of property on the island has earned him a reputation as one of the island's most respected and knowledgeable practitioners. Bill has been involved in the real estate market in Barbados for over forty years. Over the years his specialty has been in property appraisal. He is a past President and current member of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA) and recognized as a Senior Certified Valuer and an advisor to the International Real Estate Institute.
