Gemma Harrysingh

Gemma joined Terra Caribbean in 2007 as a Sales and Rental Agent. Before her Real Estate career, Gemma worked in the banking sector managing a commercial Small Business portfolio for over twenty-five years and holds an Associate degree in Banking from the Institute of Canadian Bankers. It is through her experience in banking, Gemma learned the importance of good service and obtained an in-depth knowledge of commercial and consumer mortgages. Today, Gemma applies this to her varied customers and has built a clientele particularly in the commercial sector in North and Central Trinidad.  She firmly believes in a quality transaction rather than quantity of transactions, which shows through her commitment to providing superior service. Through her dedication to her career, she received the "Agent of the Year“ award for the years 2016 and 2017 for the highest sales volume.

In her leisure, Gemma loves spending time with her grandchildren. An avid reader, Gemma generally selects from Oprah’s Book Club and enjoys a good contemporary fiction novel. When she is able to go on holiday, Gemma enjoys travelling with family.
